- 6 frozen chicken thighs
- Olive oil spray

Instructions
- Remove your frozen chicken thighs from the packaging and place in the air fryer. Make sure they are not overcrowded and there is room for them to cook.
- Spray the tops of your frozen chicken thighs with olive oil. Set the temperature to 180c/360f and the time for 10 minutes. When it beeps after 10 minutes adjust the temperature to 160c/320f and cook for a final 10 minutes.
- Serve with your favourite sides.
Notes
- Quantity. It is important that you don’t overcrowd your air fryer. If you have a smaller air fryer, then cook your frozen chicken thighs in batches.
- Crispy. By spraying the tops of the breaded chicken thighs with olive oil it helps them remain moist and gives a golden glow to your chicken thighs. Well worth doing.
- Boneless. Note the recipe instructions above is for air fryer frozen chicken thighs bone in skin on. If doing boneless please adjust the cook times to 15 minutes on 180c/360f, spray with olive oil and then a further 3 minutes at 200c/400f.
