Air Fryer Frozen Dumplings Ingredients:
- 400 g Frozen dumplings
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil spray

Instructions
- Place frozen dumplings into the air fryer basket and spray with extra virgin olive oil.
- Air fry for 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
- Stir with a spoon or a silicone spatula (as they stick) and then air fry for a further 3 minutes at the same temperature.
- Serve with a garlic dip as an appetizer or over soup as croutons. If you would like your garlic sauce, hot add it in for the last 2 minutes of cook time and it will be piping hot.
Notes
- Batching. Focus on just one layer of frozen dumplings for an even cook. Otherwise, they will stick together. If you have more to do, then do them in batches.
- Spoon. We use a spoon instead of shaking the air fryer basket because they have a habit of sticking to the air fryer basket and you need to be more delicate with air fryer dumplings.
