Notes
- Do not defrost the white fish fillets. Go directly from the freezer to the air fryer. If your fish is dry after cooking, squeeze lemon juice over the fillets. It adds moisture and flavor. Your first batch will be sort of a “test” run. Adjust time and temperature based on the size of your favorite frozen fish fillets. Turn the frozen fish fillet halfway through cooking. This will help the fish fillets to cook all the way through and be crispy on both sides. Using cooking spray or olive oil helps prevent sticking and helps it crisp up. If your air fryer is small, you may need to cook in batches. Everyone can start on their first piece of fish while the second piece cooks. Remember that air fryer temperatures vary depending on the make and model. so use the cooking times listed as a guide, check for doneness, and adjust as needed. Store - Keep leftovers refrigerated and consume them within 3 days. There are 7 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving of this.
