Air Fryer Giant Jammie Dodger Cake
Report
Jammie Dodger Cake. On our eldest son’s birthday we did something different for his birthday cake and made him a giant jammie dodger cake in the air fryer oven. This recipe shows you exactly how we did it and how you can make your own jammie dodger cake at home.

Ingredients
Kitchen Gadgets:
- Air Fryer Oven
- Jammie Dodgers Mould
- Hand mixer
Jammie Dodgers Ingredients:
- 600 g plain flour
- 250 g butter
- 100 g caster sugar
- 400 ml sweet condensed milk
- 1 Tsp vanilla essence
- 2 Tbsp raspberry jam
Instructions
- Place into a bowl your butter and sugar. If your butter is hard, give it a 1 minute blast in the air fryer to partially melt. Beat your butter and sugar with your hand mixer.
- Add in condensed milk, flour, and vanilla essence. Use a hand mixer to mix well until you have a big biscuit ball.
- Place the jammie dodger biscuit dough into your mould and press down and make sure it is equally distributed. Place the jammie biscuit in your air fryer oven and set the time to 18 minutes and the temperature to 160c/320f.
- When it beeps allow it to cook for 5 minutes and then remove it from the mould.
- Gently, with a spoon remove the biscuit from where the heart shape is. Then add jam to this section. The biscuit is cooked so you could eat it now if preferred.
- Instead place back in the air fryer and cook for a further 5 minutes and it will warm up the jam and give it a golden glow.
Notes
- Quantities. If you just want individual jammie dodger biscuits, then you can use this same dough. Just make into biscuit shapes and it will make quite a lot.
- Flavour. You can saw raspberry for any jam flavour. But I prefer the raspberry and its what you normally have in jammie dodgers.
- Thanks for reading our jammie dodger cake recipe on Recipe This. We have many more air fryer recipes for you to check out next. Though if you love sweet treats, then I recommend you try our air fryer giant doughnut cake which also uses a mould.
