Air Fryer Grilled Peaches
Report
These indulgent Air Fried Peaches glazed with maple syrup taste similar to the classic glazed peaches! You won't know the difference! Topped with vanilla, olive oil and pistachios, these air fried caramelized peaches gather in less than 15 min.

Instructions
- Wash the peaches under tap and dry them with a kitchen cloth. If they have moisture, they may take more time to grill and may also become soggy. Once dried, chop them as desired and remove the seed.
- While the air fryer is pre heated for about 5 min, you may add the chopped slices of peaches in air fryer basket. You may place them directly or use the parchment paper to avoid them sticking to the basket.Glaze the peaches with light olive oil and maple syrup and place them with skin on the bottom side.
- Air Fry the peaches for about 5-1 0 min flipping them in between at 180 ℃. You may air fryer for longer if you want to have them more charred.
- The Air fryer Grilled peaches are ready. Top these warm beauties with vanilla and pistachios. Serve fresh.
Notes
- Choose peaches that are ripe enough to be sweet and juicy, but still firm enough to hold their shape during grilling. Overly ripe peaches can become mushy and lose their texture.
- Preheat the air fryer so that the peaches start cooking immediately upon placement, helping to develop a delicious caramelized exterior.
- To ensure even cooking, slice the peaches into uniform thickness. This allows them to cook at the same rate, preventing some pieces from becoming overcooked while others remain under cooked.
- Before grilling, lightly brush the peach slices with a small amount of oil or melted butter. This helps to prevent sticking and promotes better browning.
- Air fryers can vary in their cooking times and temperature settings. I have used Philips Air Fryer. Keep a close eye on the peaches during grilling to prevent them from burning. It's better to under cook them slightly and add more time if needed.
