Ingredients
- 1 roll premade biscuit dough
- ½ cup (62g) frosting store-bought or homemade
- 1 tablespoon milk
- pink sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400F / 204C.
- Remove the biscuit dough from the tube and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough slightly.
- Use a cookie cutter to cut out a heart shape.
- Place the dough hearts into the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool while you mix the frosting with milk to thin it slightly.
- Dunk the top of each donut into the frosting and then add sprinkles.

Notes
- If you don’t have a rolling pin, use the side of a smooth glass or even the palm of your hand to flatten each biscuit slightly before cutting out the heart shape.
- Don’t have a heart cookie cutter? Use a knife to cut them into heart shapes.
- Don’t waste the dough scraps. Gather them up and press them into a cookie cutter to make one (or two) more donuts!
- Remember that air fryer temperatures can vary depending on the make and model. I recommend starting with less cook time, check food for doneness then add more time as needed.
- There are 3 Blue Plan SmartPoints in a serving.
