Notes
- Preheat the air fryer for best results. Don't overcrowd the air fryer. The pizza rolls will rise and spread a little, so leave plenty of room between them. For the sauce, you can use pizza sauce or plain tomato sauce or your favorite pasta sauce. Place a piece of parchment on the bottom of the air fryer or brush the air fryer basket or grates with olive oil. You can add a little more sauce if you prefer, just make sure you don't overfill these so the sauce does not ooze out as you roll them up. Top them off with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese or fresh basil. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Air fryer temperatures can vary depending on the make and model, so it is important to always check your food for doneness. Allow the pizza rolls to cool slightly before you remove them from the air fryer basket or muffin pan. Cooking pizza rolls in the air fryer is so easy, but you can also make them in the oven following the instructions in the recipe card. Prep Ahead - prepare the pizza rolls then store in the fridge until ready to cook. There are 8 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving of this.
