This air fryer shrimp recipe cooks up in less than 10 minutes with minimal ingredients. It's healthy, flavorful and such a quick and easy protein option that's super versatile.

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp peeled, deveined and rinsed
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving
- fresh parsley for serving

Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel.
- Whisk olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add shrimp and toss to combine so both sides are well coated.
- Add shrimp to air fryer basket, in a single layer. You may have to cook in two batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Air fry at 400℉ for 5-6 minutes. No need to turn them while cooking.
- Once done, remove shrimp from the air fryer and serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
Notes
- Storage: Store leftover shrimp in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. If freezing, only freeze raw shrimp in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months—don’t refreeze previously frozen shrimp.
