Air Fryer Shrimp

This air fryer shrimp recipe cooks up in less than 10 minutes with minimal ingredients. It's healthy, flavorful and such a quick and easy protein option that's super versatile.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled, deveined and rinsed
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • fresh parsley for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel.
  2. Whisk olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Add shrimp and toss to combine so both sides are well coated.
  4. Add shrimp to air fryer basket, in a single layer. You may have to cook in two batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Air fry at 400℉ for 5-6 minutes. No need to turn them while cooking.
  5. Once done, remove shrimp from the air fryer and serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftover shrimp in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. If freezing, only freeze raw shrimp in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months—don’t refreeze previously frozen shrimp.
