Juicy air fryer tandoori chicken is the kind of dinner recipe that will become a family favorite in no time. The chicken is so easy to cook and comes out delicious every time.

Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup PLAIN yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tsp crushed ginger
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Combine all the marinade ingredients together and add the chicken.
- Allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes up to 12 hours covered in the fridge.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil/non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F/205°C(or as hot as your oven goes) for 25 minutes, flipping the chicken over half way through cooking.
- Serve the Tandoori chicken with naan bread, rice and cucumber salad.
