Air Fryer Turkey Legs Ingredients:

  • 2 turkey drumsticks
  • 1 Tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Smoother your turkey legs with extra virgin olive oil. Then season well with mixed herbs and salt, and pepper. Place into the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 180c/360f.
  2. Turn your turkey leg over to allow for an even crisp.
  3. Then cook for a further 10 minutes at the same temperature.

Notes

  • Blackened. If you would like a blackened barbecue look, then also add a tablespoon of honey when adding the seasonings.
  • Swaps. You can mix and match seasonings. I love to use mixed herbs, but you can use basil, oregano or keep things simple with Italian seasoning.
