A fun, easy and light dessert for holidays and summer picnics! Use any flavor or color gelatin in these Applesauce Jello Squares.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 6 ounces raspberry jello (or your favorite flavor - 2 small boxes)
- 2 cups unsweetened applesauce chilled
Garnishes:
- Whipped Cream
- Fresh fruit
- mint leaves

Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the Jello powder in the boiling water. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. 1 1/2 cups boiling water, 6 ounces raspberry Jello
- Add the chilled applesauce and mix well. 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- Lightly spray an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.
- Pour the Jello mixture in the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours so that it can set.
- Serve chilled with fruit, whipped cream and mint leaves.
