Auntie Karen's "Ma Lai Go" Chinese Sponge Cake

Ma Lai Go is often served as a dessert at dim sum restaurants. It's a perfectly light and sweet punctuation to an often savory dim sum lunch despite the cake's plain and unassuming appearance.
