Fresh, delicious and so easy to make, this avocado salsa is a must have dip and is a great topping for your favorite tacos. This is one delicious way to eat your veggies!

Ingredients
- 2 avocados chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
- ⅓ cup finely chopped red onion
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon each salt & cumin
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the salsa ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Notes
- If making ahead of time, keep the avocado salsa well covered with plastic wrap or store in an airtight container to slow the browning process.
- Chop everything into small similar size pieces so it combines easily and is easy to scoop.
- If you like things spicy, try adding a few chopped jalapenos.
