These Bacon Cheeseburger Mini Boats take your regular taco up a notch! Beef, bacon, cheese, and all your favorite burger toppings in one taco.

Ingredients
- 4 4 strips of bacon
- 3/4 3/4 lb ground beef
- 1/2 1/2 small onion, diced
- 2 2 teaspoons worchestershire
- 1 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 12 12 Old el Paso Taco Boats mini soft flour tortillas
- 3/4 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, mustard, ketchup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon in a skillet until done and drain on a paper towel.
- In a skillet, brown the beef and onion until done. Drain. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Stir in the Worchestershire, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
- Place the mini soft flour tortillas on a baking sheet. Divide meat mixture evenly into the boats and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Bake for just a couple minutes or until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with crumbled bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mustard (or whatever toppings you like).
