With crispy bacon, firm but tender stalks of asparagus, and a bit of balsamic vinegar, Bacon Wrapped Asparagus is a simple side dish that can elevate any dinner. Ready in just 20 minutes with 6 ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus trimmed
- 6 lices bacon thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 425' and line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Wrap 3 stalks with one slice of bacon to make a bundle. Repeat.
- Place bundles on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Then broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes for a nice crisp on top of the bacon.
- Brush the balsamic vinegar on top of the baked asparagus bundles. Serve!
