Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings cut into drumettes and flats
- 3 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning separated (see notes)
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Add the 2 tablespoons of the ranch seasoning to a small mixing bowl and reserve the other tablespoon for later. Add in the garlic powder and baking powder, then whisk to combine.
- Add the chicken wings to a large mixing bowl and drizzle the olive oil over the top.
- Toss to combine, then pour the seasoning mixture over the top. Toss again, making sure all the pieces are coated in the seasoning.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with a wire rack and aluminum foil (for easy cleanup). Bake for 20 minutes. Flip them over bake another 15 minutes.
- Remove the wings from the oven. Flip them back over, brush with the melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining ranch seasoning. Bake for another 5-7 minutes or until crispy and golden. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
- If you don't use the Homemade Ranch Seasoning, you can use store bought instead, just be sure to use only 2 tablespoons, as it is slightly stronger in flavor.
