- 1 lemon
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt ```
- ¼ teaspoon dried dill
- ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- Cut the lemon into thin slices.
- Place salmon fillets on a sheet pan. Then, brush each with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill. Place 1-2 lemon slices on each piece of salmon.
- Bake the salmon at 425 12 minutes, then serve immediately.

- You can use either fresh or frozen salmon for this recipe, just thaw according to package directions if using frozen salmon.
- Do not overcook the salmon as it will result in dry and tough salmon. The easiest way to see if salmon has finished cooking is to press gently down on the top of the fillet with a fork or finger. If the flesh of the salmon separates easily along the white lines that run across the fillet, it’s finished cooking.
