Baked Shrimp

So easy, with lots of buttery garlic flavor, this Baked Shrimp is fast and versatile. Serve it on its own, or over pasta or rice. This is dinner in a hurry!

Ingredients
- 1 pound raw, peeled and deveined medium to large shrimp
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- fresh minced parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Place the butter in a small saucepan and melt. Add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes, then stir in the lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper,
- Place the shrimp in a baking dish, then pour the garlic butter over the shrimp. Stir gently to coat the shrimp with the butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the shrimp are pink, 8-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and then serve.
