Ingredients
- 1 lb grilled chicken breast cubed
- 1 large Granny Smith apple cubed
- 1 C dried cranberries
- ¾ C crumbled Feta cheese
- ¾ C Honey-Glazed Walnuts
- ½ small red onion fine diced
- ½ C mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- kosher salt to taste
- cracked pepper to taste
- 8 Pretzel rolls

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, apples, cranberries, feta, walnuts, and red onion. Set aside.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Pour the dressing into the larger bowl and mix thoroughly to combine. Divide between pretzel rolls and serve immediately.
