Southern comfort food at its very best in this delicious and easy to make Banana Bread Cobbler.

Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 4 medium-size ripe bananas sliced
- streusel topping
- vanilla ice cream
For the streusel:
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup uncooked regular oats
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and milk until just blended. Whisk in the melted butter.
- Pour the batter into a lightly greased 11x7 baking dish. Top with the banana slices and sprinkle with the streusel topping.
- To make the streusel, in a medium bowl use a fork to stir together the brown sugar, flour, and butter until a crumbly mixture is achieved. Stir in the oats and pecans.
- Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the banana slices. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
