Banana Cake. Irresistibly moist with fluffy texture coupled with a delicate hint of cinanamon

Ingredients
In your Blender:
- 3-4 bananas
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
In a large mixing bowl:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs (make sure it isn't seasoned!)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1-3 tsp cinnamon
To decorate the cake
- icing sugar (sprinkle as much as you like)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease two 9-inch cake pans and sprinkle them with flour.
- Get your blender out and combine the wet ingredients (bananas, oil, eggs, and half of the sugar).
- In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (flour, breadcrumbs, the remaining sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon).
- Add the blended ingredients to the dry ingredients to create your cake batter.
- Divide the batter equally between the two pans, then bake for around 30-40 minutes. Allow the cakes to cool down.
- Using a fine mesh sieve dust the cakes with icing sugar
