Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 lbs pork sliced into strips (6x2x2 inches)

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar soft

Instructions

  1. Make the marinade by combining sugar, sherry, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce. Stir and set aside.
