This BBQ chicken pizza is perfectly balanced with sweet BBQ sauce, gooey mozzarella, shredded rotisserie chicken, and crunchy red onions.

Ingredients
- 1 pound raw pizza dough
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1-1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 Thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup Sliced Jalapenos fresh or pickled
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with a Silpat liner or parchment paper.
- Spread out dough onto the Silpat and set aside.
- Spread the bbq sauce over the dough leaving a 1-inch from the edge clear of bbq sauce.
- Top with 1 cup shredded cheese, chicken, sliced red onion, and jalapenos.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Add to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is brown and the cheese is melted on top.
- Once fully cooked sprinkle with chopped cilantro and extra bbq sauce if desired.
