BEST Loaded Nachos
Description
This recipe builds a substantial plate of Loaded Nachos by spreading chips in an even layer, topping with seasoned cooked meat such as pork, chicken, or ground beef, then layering on black beans and diced bell peppers. The dish is finished with a generous sprinkling of shredded Mexican cheese.
Once assembled, the nachos bake in a 350°F oven until the cheese melts and everything is warmed through. After baking, fresh diced avocado is added along with dollops of sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and cilantro lime ranch sauce to complement the warm savory base with cool, creamy, and tangy notes.
The combination provides varied textures from crispy chips to tender meat and creamy toppings, suitable for sharing as a snack or casual meal. Adjust the toppings and protein to preference to tailor flavor and spice levels.
