This sweet pineapple cocktail comes together with just three ingredients. Serve it over ice garnished with pineapple wedges.

Ingredients
- 3 ounces vodka
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce lime juice
- ice cubes

Instructions
- Refrigerate all ingredients before preparing so the cocktail is chilled.
- Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to a flat dish. Run a slice of pineapple along the rim of the glass. Turn the glass over into the sugar and gently coat the rim. Set aside to dry while you prepare the cocktail mix.
- Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, pineapple juice, and lime juice, and close the cap firmly.
- Shake well to combine. Remove the cap, strain the mixture and pour it into the sugar-rimmed glasses.
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and lime slice. Serve and enjoy!
