Ingredients
- 1 cups milk
- 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries see notes
- 1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon honey or another sweetener

Instructions
- Pour the milk into your blender jar, followed by the blueberries, honey and ice cream.
- Start the blender on low speed and gradually increase to high speed. Blend until the blueberries are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Give the milkshake a quick taste and adjust the sweetness or thickness as needed. Add more honey for extra sweetness, or more ice cream for a thicker consistency.
- Pour the blueberry milkshake into glasses and enjoy!
Notes
- Frozen blueberries give the milkshake a creamier consistency than fresh blueberries. The skin of fresh blueberries doesn't blend as well as frozen ones.
- Using frozen blueberries also means you can use less ice cream and still get a thick shake.
- One scoop of ice cream is about half a cup of ice cream.
- You can use any type of milk you prefer – whole, skim, almond milk or soy milk. Whole milk will give a creamy and rich taste, while skim or non-dairy milk will result in a lighter, less indulgent shake.
- Choose a good-quality vanilla ice cream for the best flavor.
- Add more ice cream to make the milkshake thicker or more milk to make it thinner.
