Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon* baking powder
- 1/16 teaspoon* baking soda
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon blueberries , fresh or frozen
- streusel topping
- 1 tablespoon (½ oz/15g) butter, cold
- 1½ tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1½ tablespoons brown sugar*
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Notes
- Brown sugar can replaced with white if needed
- ⅛ teaspoon is simply a ½ of a ¼ teaspoon1/16 teaspoon is simply a ¼ of a ¼ teaspoon
