- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- ¼ Cup ground cinnamon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup/50g Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2/3 cups canola oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2½ cups buttermilk
