Ingredients
- 16 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls (2 tubes)
- 8 ounces Brie cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F or to the temperature indicated on the crescent roll package. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Remove the rind from the brie wheel and cut it into 1-inch cubes. (You should have 16 pieces.) Take the crescent rolls out of the tubes. Unroll and separate the dough into triangles.
- Place 1 cube of brie in the center of each dough triangle. Top with 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of bacon crumbles.
- Roll the dough triangles into a crescent shape with the cheese mixture inside.
- Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
