Instructions

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate out each crescent roll from the tube and slice each piece in half. Place each triangle onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Put a piece of brie cheese onto the crescent roll, then a thinly sliced pear on top of the brie.
  4. Pinch the edges together closing the crescent around the cheese and pear.
  5. Brush the beaten egg on top of the crescent roll. Then put the stuffed crescent rolled into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  6. After the crescent rolls are a golden brown color, drizzle each one with honey.
  7. Serve warm

Notes

  • Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut the crescent roll triangles in half.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top for an even cozier bite.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. Reheat by placing in a cold oven and preheating to 350. Let the brie bites warm up with the oven and they’ll be good and golden when the oven is preheated!
  • Prep the crescent rolls ahead of time and place in the refrigerator until ready to bake so that you can serve them pretty soon after they come out of the oven!
  • While I love these with the brie and pear combination, you could switch up the cheese and fruit for other delicious combinations as well. Another personal favorite is gouda and apple (or gouda + pear or brie + apple). Just avoid super savory cheeses like cheddar or Swiss cheese.
