Buffalo Cheesy Garlic Knots

Mouth watering garlic knots are filled with cheese and smothered in buffalo sauce in this delicious recipe for cheesy garlic knots, perfect as an appetizer or party snack!

Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup Blue cheese crumbles
- 1 lb pizza dough store bought or homemade – click the link for the homemade recipe
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried parsley
Optional Dipping Sauces
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing
- ½ cup ranch dressing

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and blue cheese crumbles, set aside.
- Roll the pizza dough out into a rectangle, cut into 12 one inch strips of dough.
- Place a small spoonful of the cream cheese/blue cheese mixture in the middle of each strip of dough.
- Wrap the strips of dough around the cheese and tie into a knot. Place the cheesy garlic knots on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, buffalo sauce, garlic powder and parsley.
- Brush this mixture over the garlic knots.
- Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Immediately remove from the oven and brush with any remaining butter buffalo sauce mixture.
- Optionally serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
