Ingredients
Burger Bowl
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 Tablespoons ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 heads romaine, sliced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup dill pickles, chopped
- ½ red onion, sliced
Burger Sauce Dressing
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 3 Tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Add the olive oil and beef to a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meat, while breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until the meat is cooked through and no longer pink - about 10 minutes.
- Once the beef is browned, add the ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire. Then, stir to combine, then remove from heat.
- While the beef is cooking, make the dressing. In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar and pepper.
- Set up a bar with all the toppings, the meat and the dressing and let everyone assemble their own bowl.
