Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk from the carton
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp. butter browned
  • 2 tbsp. vodka
  • 2 tsp. Butterscotch Flavoring
  • 25 drops liquid stevia
  • 2 tbsp. erythritol
  • ½ tsp. xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp. flaked sea salt

Instructions

  1. Brown butter over low heat until a dark amber color.
  2. Add all ingredients to a container and use an immersion blender to blend together.
  3. Add to ice cream machine and follow manufacturers instructions.
