Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk from the carton
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp. butter browned
- 2 tbsp. vodka
- 2 tsp. Butterscotch Flavoring
- 25 drops liquid stevia
- 2 tbsp. erythritol
- ½ tsp. xanthan gum
- 1 tsp. flaked sea salt
Instructions
- Brown butter over low heat until a dark amber color.
- Add all ingredients to a container and use an immersion blender to blend together.
- Add to ice cream machine and follow manufacturers instructions.
