You only need a few ingredients to make this rich and creamy Caesar Dressing. It's the perfect dressing for making restaurant quality Caesar salads at home!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste, or 2 anchovies, minced
- 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, anchovy paste, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Notes
- The dressing can be made 1 week in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
