  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste, or 2 anchovies, minced
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, anchovy paste, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Notes

  • The dressing can be made 1 week in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
