  • 1 oz. milk whole
  • sugar , to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. First prepare the espresso in a cup.
  2. Then steam or heat the milk until it is as hot as possible but do not boil.
  3. It is also possible to heat the milk in the microwave without boiling it.
  4. Pour the hot milk over the coffee.
  5. Add sugar to taste.
