Ingredients
For 1 liter (4 glasses):
- 20-24 pieces calamansi for juice
- 4 pieces calamansi for garnish (optional)
- ½ - ¾ cup sugar
- 4 cups water room temperature
- 2 cups Ice cubes
- 4 pieces mint leaves optional
For 1 glass:
- 5-6 pieces calamansi
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup Ice cubes
- mint leaves optional

Instructions
- Wash the calamansi thoroughly then cut each into half across the segments.
- Place a strainer on top of a pitcher/glass.
- Use your thumb and index finger or use a lemon/calamansi squeezer to squeeze out 20-24 calamansi juice and run it through the strainer.
- Add the sugar and pour in half of the water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add the rest of the water and stir again.
- Add the remaining calamansi halves to the pitcher.
- For added flavor, lightly crush or pound the mint leaves with the flat of a knife. Add this to the pitcher of calamansi juice.
- To serve add ½ cup of ice cubes on a glass then fill it with the calamansi juice.
