Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix together the cream cheese, ricotta and powdered sugar together with a hand held mixer or stand up mixer for 3-5 minutes until well combined. Then add in the vanilla extract and mix until combined (1-2 minutes).
- Fold in the chocolate chips and serve with broken waffle cones or graham crackers. Enjoy!
