Caramelized Ham & Swiss Sliders

Ingredients
- 6 dinner rolls split
- mayonnaise to taste
- ham to taste
- 3 lices of Swiss cheese cut in half
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ¾ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- dash of garlic powder to taste
- dash onion powder to taste
Instructions
- Combine the warm melted butter with the Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk well; set aside to allow the flavors to mingle.
- Spray a cast iron skillet with olive oil cooking spray. Set aside. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Split the roll into two halves (top & bottom).
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the rolls, to taste.
- Place some ham on the bottom halves of the rolls then top with some Swiss cheese.
- Replace tops and place in a single layer in the cast iron skillet.
- Whisk the melted butter combination until thick and well combined.
- Brush mixture over the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake covered for 20 minutes, remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.
- Remove and serve immediately. Enjoy!
