Cheap and Delicious Mexican Style Coffee

Delicious pour over coffee with a touch of cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 1 pour over coffee dripper
- 1 cone filter (see notes)
- 2-4 tablespoon ground coffee (see notes)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Place filter inside of the coffee dripper and place the dripper on top of a coffee cup.
- Add 2-4 tablespoons of coffee grounds to the filter for a regular cup of coffee.
- Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon on top of the grounds.
- Slowly pour boiling water into the filter.
- The water will slowly pass through the coffee grounds and drip out through a small hole at the bottom of the dripper and directly into the coffee cup.
Notes
- The size of the filter you need to use will depend on which type of pour over coffee dripper you have, so be sure to check the packaging.
- Use the desired amount of tablespoons of coffee depending on how strong you like it. It might take a few tries to find out exactly how much you like to use.
