Ingredients

Muffins:

  • 1 1/2 /2 cups flour
  • 1/2 /2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 /2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 /2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 /4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a regular muffin pan.
  2. For the muffins: Whisk together dry ingredients, then stir in cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, and butter together. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredients and stir with a spoon to combine.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Best when eaten warm!
