Ingredients
Dough Recipe:
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 3 ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Garlic Cheddar Topping
- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Parmesan Cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
Dough
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small bowl, add 1 ½ cups warm water, 2 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon yeast. Stir together and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add 3 ½ cups flour and 1 teaspoon salt to a stand mixer. Add the yeast mixture and mix until smooth. Allow the dough to raise for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a large rectangle on a large cookie sheet, or roll it out onto a 10-inch pizza pan about ¼ inch thick. Let the dough rest for another 10 minutes.
- Melt the 6 tablespoons salted butter, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Brush on top of the pizza dough. Sprinkle with 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese. Top with chopped parsley for garnish.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and cut into strips.
