Cheesy Chicken, Bacon and Broccoli Ranch Pasta is a meal in one that is made in one pan and has such amazing creamy ranch flavor! This meal will be a hit with the entire family!

Ingredients
- 8 lices chopped bacon
- 1 pound cubed boneless skinless chicken breast
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 (1-ounce) package dry ranch seasoning
- 8 ounces uncooked penne pasta
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium sized skillet over medium high heat, cook 8 slices chopped bacon until crisp about 3-4 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon and then set aside on a plate. Add 1 pound cubed boneless skinless chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook until brown and no longer pink 3-4 minutes. Set aside on the plate. Drain the remaining grease.
- Add 2 cups chicken broth, 2 cups half and half, 1 (1-ounce) package dry ranch seasoning to the skillet and whisk. Add 8 ounces uncooked penne pasta and 2 cups chopped broccoli then bring to a boil and cover. Reduce temperature to medium and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese and chicken and stir until cheese is melted and heated through. Top with chopped parsley for garnish if desired.
