Slow Cooked Soup Loaded with Cheesy, Carrots, Chicken & Wild Rice!

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 5 c. milk
- 1 jar cheese whiz 15 oz
- 2 15 oz cans wild rice, drained
- 1 c. diced and peeled carrots
- 1/4 c. real bacon bits
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
- Remove chicken breasts from slow cooker and shred. Replace chicken and stir soup.
