- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz deli ham, sliced
- 8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the shredded chicken evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the sliced ham evenly over the chicken.
- Layer the sliced Swiss cheese evenly over the ham.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and Dijon mustard until well combined. Pour this mixture evenly over the layers in the baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
