Chicken with Orange Plum Sauce

Ingredients
For Chicken
- 2 lbs chicken parts mix and match, bone in - with skin
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- salt + pepper
For Plum Orange Sauce
- 1/4 Cup plum sauce available in the Asian section of the Supermarket
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 Cup orange juice
- 1 Teaspoon ground mustard
Garnish (optional)
- sesame seeds
- green onion chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Place chicken in a casserole pan
- Rub Olive Oil all over the chicken
- Add salt and pepper
- Roast for 45 minutes
- Meanwhile, place all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and boil in the stove over medium heat. Remove from heat
- After the chicken roasts for 45 minutes, remove from the oven and brush sauce all over the surface of the chicken. Save some sauce for the end
- Roast for 10 more minutes or until the chicken has browned (don't let it burn)
- Remove from heat and add some sauce if desired
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
- Enjoy!
