The spice from Hennessy is a perfect complement to the ginger bite from the ginger beer. This delicious and refreshing simple cocktail is made with fresh lime juice, pisco, Hennessy, and ginger beer.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce pisco see notes, or tequila
- 1 ounce Hennessy V.S
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 2 to 4 ounces ginger beer
- Angostura bitters
- lime for garnish, slice
- ginger for garnish, fresh slices
Instructions
- Pour the pisco, Henessy, and lime juice in a glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and add a couple of drops of bitters.
- Garnish with a lime slice and or fresh ginger slices.
Notes
- Pisco is quite potent and there is no substitute for the flavor of Pisco, but if you can’t find it you could substitute with tequila blanco.
