This Chilean Strawberry Pisco Punch is quick, easy, versatile, and packed with delicious sweet strawberries. Make a double or triple batch – it goes quick!

Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries stemmed and sliced
- 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup pisco
- 1 bottle red wine
- ice
Instructions
- Rinse, hull, and slice strawberries and pat them dry. Place them in a mason jar with lid. Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar, cover and lightly shake. Let the strawberries macerate with the sugar for 20 minutes.
- Pour the strawberries, Pisco, and wine into a pitcher, stir, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Pisco is a potent (but smooth) South American grape brandy produced in winemaking regions of Peru and Chile and pairs really well with wine.
