Ingredients
Ramen
- 6 oz ramen noodles or other types of noodles
Broth
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 slices fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/4 sesame oil
Toppings & Noodles:
- vegetables of choice
- 1 cup cooked eggs or shredded chicken
- chopped green onions

Instructions
- Place the broth ingredients in a saucepan over high heat. Cover with a lid and bring to a simmer. Reduce to medium and simmer for 8 - 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package directions.
- Add the vegetables to the broth and cook until tender.
- Place the noodles into two bowls. Top with the chicken, add the broth and garnish with the green onions.
