Ingredients
- 2 cups pancake mix plus ingredients to prepare it
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease 2 donut pans with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare the pancake mix according to the package instructions.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or large zip-top bag. Cut the corner off the bag and pipe the batter into the prepared muffin pans.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the donuts bounce back when pressed with your finger.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- While you can spoon the batter into the donut pans, using a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off will give you much neater and more consistent results. Plus, it's faster and less messy!
