Chocolate Gravy is a delicious sauce that is full of flavor and easy to make. Serve over biscuits and waffles for a brunch idea.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl combine the cocoa, all purpose flour, sugar and salt together.
- Add the milk and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thicken to the texture that is similar to gravy.
- This will take about 7-10 minutes
- Remove from the heat. Stir in the butter and vanilla.
Notes
- Spoon the chocolate gravy over warm biscuits.
